Alexandra is a qualified Dental Hygienist and Therapist which was educated and trained at Kings College Hospital London. She has a positive and bubbly attitude. Her mottos are ‘everything starts with a healthy smile’ and ‘educating, motivating and preventing’.
Alexandra enjoys all aspects of dental hygiene and therapy. She has a particular interest in periodontal treatments, guided biofilm therapy (GBT), teeth whitening, paediatric dentistry and how diet affects oral and general health. She is passionate about creating bespoke treatments for patients.
Alexandra works alongside the patient and the whole dental team in order to achieve, improve or maintain oral and general health using evidence-based approaches. The key components to her successful treatments are actively involving patients in their care, building up a rapport based on trust and tailoring oral health plans to suit the specific needs of individuals.
Alexandra is a member of the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy association and attends courses regularly to keep up and improve her knowledge. She is fluent in German, Italian and Romanian.
When not working you might find her at spinning, pilates or barre classes. She is passionate about skiing, tennis, volleyball and travelling. Alexandra enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is a keen cook and likes to challenge herself trying different styles, tough Italian food being a personal favourite.
